- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational models
- Produce annual horizon scanning reports with quantitative impact analysis
- Design prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Advocate ethical innovation standards in stakeholder engagements
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend mapping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world future-shaping initiatives
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in futures research (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with sustainability transition frameworks
