- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services aligned with long-term market predictions
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies for 2026 market readiness
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 customer experience evolution
- Analyze global policy/regulatory trends affecting future business models and compliance frameworks
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling for 2025+ horizons
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CF foresight, WFS) preferred
