- Produce actionable foresight reports on climate resilience and socio-economic shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for decentralized systems and Web3 ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advocate ethical AI deployment and sustainable automation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
