Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global mega-trends across technology, economics, and social paradigms through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on 2026+ implications
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advise on ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and AI governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global futurism conferences
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making through future-oriented insights
