Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the executive board on emerging disruptive forces
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic vision at industry conferences and investor summits

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
