Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech) to build 2026 market impact models
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite clients navigating 3-5 year strategic pivots
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future consumer behaviors
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions using generative AI
- Advose on ethical implications of exponential technologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into $10M+ business initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed client transformations
