Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026's grand challenges (climate, healthcare, accessibility)
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking 2026 milestones across 5 innovation verticals
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven narratives
- Oversee implementation of 2026 pilot programs with $10M+ budgets
- Author quarterly trend reports and horizon scanning briefings for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of published trend reports or scenario planning projects for 2025-2030
- Deep understanding of global megatrends reshaping 2026's economic landscape
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
