Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating sustainability and human-centric design principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Present trend briefings to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in climate tech, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
