Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive models for client decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in our Emerging Talent Development Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech disruption analysis
- Experience advising C-level executives on exponential change strategies
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
