Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging innovations
- Produce quarterly 'Future Horizons' reports for C-suite executives and board members
- Design ethical AI implementation protocols for quantum-integrated systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and tech symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in technology trend analysis or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable plans
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in at least two future-tech programming languages
