Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track progress against strategic innovation milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
