Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with 5-7 year horizons
- Present compelling strategic narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-focused capabilities into current operations
- Monitor horizon scanning methodologies and refine predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, decentralized systems, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
