Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging challenges in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, risk assessments, and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors to inform strategic direction
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops to align leadership on long-term vision and priorities
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and technological breakthroughs to identify strategic inflection points
- Champion human-centered design principles in all strategic initiatives to ensure ethical and equitable outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies including Delphi studies, causal layered analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AGI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives that shaped organizational futures
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists or similar body
