Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 200+ global innovation ecosystems to identify 2026-2030 inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Present quarterly strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board members
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with MIT/Stanford researchers
- Author annual '2026 State of the Future' industry white papers
- Advise on policy implications of emerging technologies for G7 governments
- Curate exclusive global futurist consortium events
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Emerging Technology
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or national labs
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate engineering
- Proven track record of implementing future-strategy with measurable ROI
- Top 1% percentile in pattern recognition and systems thinking assessments
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
