- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-36 month horizons
- Deliver executive briefings on disruption scenarios and market evolution forecasts
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to incubate next-gen products and services
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, automation, and human augmentation
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial blueprints
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech convergence, or space economy ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACFC, CFTE) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or implemented innovation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
