Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for long-term business planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author high-impact strategic briefings and executive presentations on future opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with global thought leaders, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems
- Quantify future market potential and risk factors using advanced analytical frameworks
- Advise leadership on strategic pivots and future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
