Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring progress toward 2026 sustainability and innovation milestones
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological or societal trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI development)
- Experience with UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for future-proofing strategies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or IFIP)
