Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario development, and trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
