As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll leverage predictive analytics, trend synthesis, and scenario planning to develop actionable frameworks that will define the technological horizon for 2026 and beyond. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to translate foresight into commercial opportunities while fostering a culture of audacious innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging sectors (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for strategic partnerships
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence, spatial computing)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
