Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' strategic reports for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track exponential technology adoption curves across industries
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and global innovation ecosystems
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-readiness across all departments
- Mentor junior strategists in exponential thinking and pattern recognition methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products/services
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, ACI) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Deep knowledge of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, decentralized systems)
