- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of innovators, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or Futures Research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex scenarios into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
