Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts through 2026 using proprietary trend-mapping methodologies
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate disruption and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test business models
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports analyzing breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Design innovation pipelines integrating biotech, metaverse, and sustainable tech convergence points
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and nurture next-gen startups
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in futures research, corporate strategy, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) or equivalent
