Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership content positioning our 2026 vision
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors

- Advose executive team on M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with 2026 goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
