- Build executive-level foresight reports with data-driven scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to validate and scale breakthrough technologies
- Design talent frameworks for future skill acquisition and workforce evolution
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of mapping exponential technologies to business outcomes
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (HBR/MIT Press preferred)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE, Delphi methods)
