Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create actionable scenario-planning models for global market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge research
- Author quarterly futurist reports detailing disruptive forces and opportunity landscapes
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
