Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-convergence) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive threats and opportunities
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and evaluate frontier-technology investments
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping forces for industry stakeholders
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven analytics
- Advose executive leadership on adaptive business models for volatile futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex datasets and trend visualization
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
