Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, social, and economic trends through 2026+
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)

- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Publish thought leadership in Horizon's Future Forward journal
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend mapping, and scenario planning
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or predictive models
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
