Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026-2030 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness initiatives
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technological and societal shifts
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing business models and talent strategies
- Manage relationships with global futurists, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Design and deploy organizational foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
