- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a $2M R&D incubator for 2026-viable prototypes
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 firms or Big Tech
- Published research on quantum-AI convergence or climate tech disruption
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized 2020-vision concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- SCUBA certification for oceanic innovation research (required for quarterly deep-sea brainstorm retreats)
