Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Author quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives on emerging tech paradigms
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for exponential technology adoption curves
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
- Present at global forums including Davos and Web Summit on future-shaping strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level tech leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent technical discipline
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
