Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Partner with VC firms to identify emerging startups and investment opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Quantify future market opportunities using scenario planning and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or tech foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using horizon scanning and Delphi methods
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published research on technological singularity or long-term societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
