Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across technology, sustainability, and human behavior
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing business models and customer experiences
- Quantify future opportunities through advanced scenario modeling, market simulations, and predictive analytics
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and thought leaders to shape industry discourse
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through immersive storytelling and data-driven visualizations
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist team, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps for Fortune 500 or disruptive startups
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and predictive modeling techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation strategy, or emerging technology impact
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
