Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning publications
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, bioengineering, or space economics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
