In this high-impact position, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to build future-proof frameworks, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and represent our thought leadership at global forums. Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for disruptive market shifts
- Produce annual Future State Briefs for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Represent company at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Method)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Proficiency in trend-forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
