Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications for global policy forums
- Design immersive foresight simulations using quantum computing platforms
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard/MIT/Bloomberg)
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
