Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-state vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for enterprise clients
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advose on R&D investment priorities based on emerging technological inflection points
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services targeting 2026 markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership in future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
