- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal indicators to forecast market disruptions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and innovation management
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation strategy documents
