Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Reports mapping technological, social, and environmental disruptions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Lead Futures Design Sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Present foresight findings at global forums including Davos and CES
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
- Drive innovation pipeline initiatives with 3-year commercialization roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in technology convergence forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-LE, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 2020+ strategic implementations
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
