Responsibilities

- Produce annual Horizon Scan Reports with actionable strategic recommendations for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and ethical AI frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast socioeconomic shifts
- Present visionary roadmaps at global innovation summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or exponential tech planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive trend analyses or white papers
