Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation frameworks
- Produce forward-looking intelligence reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging technology pioneers
- Design scenarios for disruptive market shifts and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) required
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
