- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging tech ethics and adoption pathways
- Establish KPIs for tracking tech maturity and societal readiness metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and innovation conferences
- Mentor internal teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D strategy
- Published thought leadership on tech trends (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of future-shaping projects
