Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level strategic pivots
- Produce quarterly foresight briefs on biotech, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration models
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technologies
- Represent company at global futurism forums (Davos, TED, etc.)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or tech innovation
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or singularity economics
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant field
- Fluency in quantum computing and synthetic biology trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on exponential risk/opportunity
- Portfolio of 2025+ technology roadmaps or policy papers
