Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and policy summits
- Design risk mitigation protocols for technological disruption scenarios
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and invest in moonshot startups
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Emerging Technology with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing future-vision blueprints for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum, energy)
- Published thought leader in futurism with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong command of scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method) and data visualization platforms
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological disruption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
