Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and data scientists
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or patenting future-oriented solutions
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographics, climate, geopolitics)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
