Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies via executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
