Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Advise C-suite on long-term R&D investments and talent acquisition strategies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling tech startups through paradigm shifts
