Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify paradigm shifts in consumer behavior and enterprise ecosystems
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining cutting-edge industry certifications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
