Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for 2026 tech adoption
- QuantumLeap's innovation KPIs and ROI for future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year vision cycles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or technology foresight methodologies
- Experience securing institutional funding for experimental tech initiatives
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 tech disruption trends
