Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Produce actionable white papers and trend reports for stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotech ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
