Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology trajectories through 2026+ using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proof business models
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation and opportunity capture in volatile tech landscapes
- Build foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and human-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience collaborating with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic foresight projects
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and ethical dimensions of technological disruption
